Artichoke Dip
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sun dried Tomatoes * ( I slice them up)
14 oz. can Artichoke hearts - chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
Chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Soften sun dried tomatoes with 1/2 cup boiling water for 20-30 minutes. (Or use dried tomatoes in oil).
