Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie pan, 10x1-1/2". Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 min. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
