Diabetic Cookie Brittle
1/2 cup margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sweetener
2 cup flour
1 cup chocolate pieces
1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine margarine, vanilla, salt and sweetener. Beat until smooth. Stir in flour, chocolate and nuts. Press into 15x10 pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cut into 2"x1" pieces. Exchange 1/2 fat 1/3 bread and 48 calories each. Thanks to Deb.
