Creamy Horseradish Dressing
3 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
3 tbsp Canola oil
1 1/2 tbsp drained prepared horseradish
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
