Swiss Green Beans
1 Pkg frozen French style green beans
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Flour
2 tsp butter
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg grated Swiss cheese
Cook beans as directed on box. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add sugar, salt, pepper and onion. Stir in sour cream. Drain beans and add sauce mixture. Place in casserole dish and top with plenty of grated Swiss cheese. Put under broiler until cheese bubbles.
